Processing & Shipping:

Current turnaround time is 3-4 business weeks. This does not include weekends or holidays.

We ship USPS First Class (3-5 business days) & Priority (2-3 business days) dependent on the weight of your order.

We offer Route shipping insurance. This is automatically added as an option at checkout. They cover lost, damaged and stolen items. Please contact them regarding your package if needed. Aniston + Knox does not cover lost, stolen or damaged items.

For returns:

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
